Steve's clients span the world of investment banks, energy and commodity trading firms, hedge funds, as well as private and retail traders. His speciality is helping people to improve their risk process and developing self-optimization skills which lead to greater and more effective trading performance.
Steven’s work as a coach is built upon powerful methods and approaches evolved from psychotherapy, whilst his understanding of trading is informed by having worked in senior trading roles at some of the world’s leading investment banks, including Credit Suisse, Commerzbank and Standard Chartered.
